COVID-19 responses from the music sector
The measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) hit us all hard. This has a major impact on all of us and also on the cultural and music sector. As rehearsals, concerts and music lessons can not be held.
At the website of the European Composers and Songwriters alliance you can find a list of national and European actions taken to support music authors as well as the music sector in general in these difficult times. The initiatives by country include measures taken by governments as well as initiatives from ECSA member organisations, CMOs and other initiatives.
